Clicking “Display Report” in General or Custom Reports Displays a Pop-Up
The following pop-up will display when you click “Display Report” in any General or Custom report and the Surfguard User will need to accept
Scheduled Reports
Schedule Reports Can Only Be Viewed by The Surfguard User Who Creates the Report
When setting up scheduled reports the Surfguard User Account email will automatically be populated in the email address field.
The email address used for scheduled reports is the email added when creating a Surfguard User Account (details entered when submitting the Form 49 to gain access to Surfguard).
The email sent to the User will contain a link to the report. If the link is shared with other Surfguard Users, they will get the following message when they click the link.
Updating Your Surfguard User Account Email Address:
Surfguard User Accounts are a separate application to the Surfguard Membership database.
