Access the list of all the agents in the helpdesk, by clicking on Agents in the Security section. Unlike end users, agents are members of teams and have different permissions in Pureservice based on which teams/departments they are member of.
The list of agents shows all enabled agents and administrators. Disabled agents and administrators can be found in the Contacts section in the Agent Console.
