Press the “Start” button to remove unused teams.

A modal window will open, where you can choose which team(s) to remove.

Select the team(s) you would like to remove in the list and proceed to the confirmation step by pressing the “Next” button.

The chosen team(s) will be listed in the next window. If you need to make any changes regarding which team(s) to delete, press the “Previous” button. To proceed and delete the team(s) in the list, press “Finish”. Once a team has been deleted, it cannot be restored.

Connections to remove from a team

In this list, team Servicedesk is used as an example to demonstrate where you can find the different connection.

  • Remove all agents and administrators connected to the team
  • Move or delete all tickets connected to the team
  • Remove the teams tickets that are marked for deletion
  • Remove automatic assignment to the team from email channel settings
  • Remove FAQ access for the team
  • Remove automatic assignment to the team in Selfservice categories
  • Remove team from reports
  • Remove assigned service targets
