Remove unused departments

Press the “Start” button to remove unused departments.

A modal window will open, where you can choose which department(s) to remove.

Select the department(s) you would like to remove in the list and proceed to the confirmation step by pressing the “Next”-button.

The chosen department(s) will be listed in the next window. If you need to make any changes regarding which department(s) to delete, press the “Previous” button. To proceed and delete the department(s) in the list, press “Finish”. Once a department has been deleted, it cannot be restored.

*If you should have trouble finding the desired department you want to delete from the list, all connection to the department must be removed.
Under is a small list you can use to more easily see the remaining connections to the department.

Connections to remove from a department

In this list, department IT is used as an example to demonstrate where you can find the different connection.

• Remove all teams connected to the department
  

• Remove all permissions to other departments
  

• Other departments must remove all their permissions to the department
  

• Remove all ticket and change categories specific to the department
  

• Remove service targets assigned to the department
