Asset
The Asset feature must be ON to use the related features.
Having this turned OFF will make all the related features unavailable.
Change module
The Change module must be ON to use the related features.
This will make all Change related features available/unavailable such as creating and handling Change requests and using Change lists.
Time tracking on change
The Time tracking on change feature must be ON to use the related features.
Having this turned OFF will make all the related features unavailable.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) must be ON to use the related features.
Having this turned OFF will make all the related features unavailable.
Full-Text Search (FTS)
Enabling Full-Text Search (FTS) improves logic and performance when searching for ticket, change, faq, asset, user and company with the commander.
This feature is enabled for all SaaS instances. Full-text and semantic extractions for search must enabled on the SQL server to use this with an on premise instance.
Service level management
Service level management must be ON before configuring the SLM settings and using the related features.
We recommend leaving this ON if you have enabled it before and have started using the SLM teatures.
Having this turned OFF will make all the related features unavailable.
SMS
The SMS feature must be ON to use the related features such as configuring SMS channels and sending/receiving SMS.
Having this turned OFF will make all the related features unavailable.
Board view in ticket lists
The Board view in ticket lists feature must be ON to use the related ticket view.
Having this turned OFF will make all the feature unavailable.
Time tracking on case
The Time tracking on case feature must be ON to use the related features.
Having this turned OFF will make all the related features unavailable.
