Click on Releases to view bug fixes, latest available releases and features, etc.
System status
In Pureservice, several services run in the background. These services handle scheduled workflows, send emails, etc. To view the status of each service, simply click on System status.
Features
Here you can configure visibility of the different application features. Reload the application to view the changes.
System requirements
Application server: Windows Server 2008 SP2 ×64 or newer, CPU Dual-Core 2.33GHz (min.), .NET Framework 4.7 (min.), 8GB RAM and 100GB storage. Increase available RAM and CPU resources if more than 10 concurrent agents.
SQL server: It is recommened to use an already-existing SQL server. Windows Server 2008 SP2 ×64 or newer, CPU Quad-Core 2.33GHz (min.), 16GB RAM and 100GB (per approximately 100.000 tickets) storage.
