to start the process of creating a new team.
In order to create a new team, you have to enter a unique team name and choose department, language and locale. It is optional to enter a team email address. Setting which department the team is a part of, gives the team permission rights and configurations, such as categories. Pureservice will be displayed with the chosen language for agents who join the team and set it as their default team. The locale you choose will dictate the time zone, date format, number format and currency sign.
