Sometimes, an error might occur when sending an email, causing the delivery to fail. A vast number of reasons could cause the error. Pureservice will try to deliver an email up to five times over a timespan of two hours. If this process is unsuccessful, the system stores the email in the maintenance center and sends a notification to the owner of the undelivered email.

Undelivered emails with error codes are listed in the maintenance center, with the columns to, subject and server message. By clicking , we mark an email as “pending send”. When the workflow for sending emails runs, the system will try to send the email again.
