When creating a solving relationship type, you can choose which rules will apply:
- Allow resolve related: If enabled, it is allowed to solve related tickets even if the main ticket is still open. If not, related tickets can only be solved through the main ticket. The default setting is off.
- Allow reopen related: If enabled, it is allowed to reopen related tickets even if the main ticket is still open. If not, related tickets can only be reopened if the main ticket is open. The default setting is off.
The drop down list shows all the ticket types that you can choose from.
