Over time, different departments and teams may become obsolete and have no purpose in Pureservice. This section describes how you can remove them by using wizards.
Requirements
For a department or team to be deletable, it cannot be related to other objects in Pureservice. This means that a department cannot be deleted if it contains one or more teams, and a team cannot be deleted if it contains one or more users.
For a ticket to be deletable, it first has to be marked for deletion in the ticket list. The same goes for assets and FAQ’s.
