Filters
You can filter the search results, by choosing to view All, Tickets, Changes, Users, Companies, Assets or FAQs.
There is a secondary filter to the right, that sorts the results.
Search results
Search terms are highlighted in the result list. The center of the screen shows the primary content, for example the ticket description and subject. To the right, you can see less important information, such as ticket type, status, priority.
Choosing the highlighted subject of a ticket will take you to the ticket page, where you can view and manage it. Choosing the highlighted name of a user/company, will open the user’s/company’s page.
