Here you can define your relationship types. A relationship type is either a standard relationship or a “solving”-relationship. A standard relationship can contain relationships between ticket types and change types. A “solving”-relationship does only contain relationships between ticket types. Tickets related through a “solving”-relationship will have a parent/child relation. A parent can send messages/internal notes to related children, and solving a parent can also solve related children.
