Add new pattern

The template and match expression are validated against each other and need to match. If the validation fails, an error message is displayed and Pureservice does not save the pattern.

*We recommend that you keep the old pattern for a while if you have an active system, and want to create a new pattern. This will ensure that Pureservice recognizes emails and connects them to the correct requests when customers respond to mails already sent out from Pureservice.
