In this app you can setup multiple links to external resources. This may be a URL or run local files. The app becomes available to agents as selectable widget in the sidebar on tickets.

General settings

Here you can give the app a unique name and choose an icon. You can also enable or disable the app.

Add new link

This is where you set up the link details.

Link types to choose from are URL and Run file. By choosing Run file, you can for example create a link for agents to easily connect remotely to a server.

Remote Control Examples

Here you can see a few examples of code words you can use.
You can use any “Ticket” code word (the ones starting with “{{Ticket.”) and the live list of valid code words can be found by editing a Ticket template under Administrator -> Workflow -> Templates:
