Commander

Pureservice has its own quick search function, named Commander. To open it, simply press CTRL+ SPACE. Commander will pop up in the center of the screen. Click on the wrench icon for advanced search settings. To close Commander, press anywhere outside the search window or the ESC button.

With Commander you can:

• perform a “regular” search that opens the traditional search page (requires at least two characters)
• search for tickets, changes, users (administrators, agents and end users), companies and telephone numbers
• search for ticket number or change number
• create a new ticket, change, company, user or announcement
