Definitions

In this section you can view and enable/disable workflows. Each workflow has an explanatory name, when it is triggered and if it is enabled or not.

Workflow Builder

You can build new, custom workflows by clicking the “Add” button on the top right of the view. This will open the Workflow Builder

Edit workflow and see associated templates

An editable workflow is listed with a tools button . Click on the tools button to open the settings page.

A Workflow rule that have a template associated to them is listed with the lightning button .

Click on the lightning button to open a small window that will show you which templates the workflow rule is associated with. From here you can easily go to the linked templates by clicking on them.

Enable/disable workflow

The background colour of the “On/Off” buttons indicates whether a workflow is enabled or disabled. If a workflow is enabled, the background colour of the “On” button is green. If a workflow is disabled, the background colour of the “Off” button is dark grey.
