The contacts are divided into two lists: users and companies. These lists are again divided into two: enabled and disabled. The columns can be arranged in the same way as the ticket list columns, which we discussed in the chapter Tickets: List functions

Customizable contact view

You can customize the contact list view by choosing which columns you want to see. The column menu appears when you right click on a column header.
