Combo box, checkbox and radio button elements can be made into Conditional forms and have the same functionality and settings available.

Creating a Conditional form

To create a Conditional form you first need to select one of the three supported elements into the form builder and click on it to open properties on the right hand side.

Click fork on an item in the list to create a Conditional form.

When the form is selected (grey highlight) you can double click an element from the tool box to add it to the form. We recommend this method over drag and drop. Multiple items from the properties on the right hand side can be selected to point to the same Conditional form.

Click compress to compress forms.
Click expand to expand forms.

Following is an example where combo box, checkbox and radio button elements are used within a three level Conditional form.

Deleting a Conditional form

Click delete to delete an element from the list. The delete icon will be greyed out if an element in the list have a Conditional form connected to it. Delete the connected Conditional form(s) first.
