Access lists is where you create lists based on user details, companies, and/or locations of which you want to approve or deny access to specific resources (links, announcements and categories) on your Selfservice. This is useful for example in case you need to give one group of users access to a certain set of categories with forms, and deny everyone else access to them. Another example is limiting announcements to your domain users. Your customers doesn’t necessarily need to know that your printer is malfunctioning or that the coffee machine is under repair.

Create an Access List

Click +Add to create a new Access List. Give the list a name and define its conditions.
After the list is created you can chose to enable/disable the list or to configure it further.

Edit an Access List

Click the edit button on the list you want to configure. The list below is set up to include all users with email addresses ending with @pureservice.com, effectively including all domain users from the pureservice.com domain

Access lists can be based on All Users, individual Users, all users within a Company and specific users using filters like Default Email Address,Title, Country, Departmenet, Location and Is superuser
