Choosing Relationships in the Sidebar shows you assets, tickets, changes, companies and contacts related to the asset.
To remove a relationship, click the 
button next to the relationship.
The numbers to the right in the sidebar shows you the how many items are related to the asset.
New relationships
Relate new items by clicking the 
button or by choosing relationship type in the top menu.
Search for tickets to relate by searching for the ticket subject.
Or search for a change.
You can also relate to other assets.
