Editable workflows have a short introduction to explain exactly how they work. The picture below illustratres how the “Autoclose Ticket after N days”, a Scheduled workflow, is configured by default.

Settings

Under the section “Settings”, you can choose to enable or disable it, and set the number of days tickets are kept Resolved. In the picture, the number of days is set to 4, meaning that tickets with the status “resolved” are closed automatically after 4 days.
