The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) functions were introduced in version 3.0.15880.

There are currently two primary ways of using FAQ articles; as message or solution templates, and/or published on the Selfservice portal for end users to see.
Most of the functions can be found and used via the Agent Console (the button in the sidebar) and while working on a ticket, but management of Category tags must be done by an Administrator from here.
