- This could be due to
- NMDP RID blank in the CRID Assignment tool
- NMDP RID in the CRID Assignment tool is incorrect
- CRID has not yet been assigned in FormsNet3
Steps to Follow to Correct Discrepancy
- Add the NDMP RID in FormsNet3
- Navigate to the CRID Assignment tool for the CRID in question by following the Search for a CRID guide
- Edit the CRID Assignment form by following the Editing a CRID Assignment guide
- Add the patient’s NDMP RID
