Marrow Toxic Injury

When the indication is reported as marrow toxic injury, the RITN Baseline Form 5000, Recipient Contact Information Form 2820, and RITN Follow-Up Form 5001 will come due.

!Marrow toxic injury should only be reported as an indication by participating Radiation Injury Treatment Network centers in the event of a radiation incident.
