Edits are allowed to the consent tool while the recipient is in LTF status.
When a recipient has been reported LTF status in the LTF tool, they will be excluded from having their consent updated for AOM.
If a recipient has had a reconsent pending record added because they have reached AOM, and then they are reported LTF within the LTF tool, the system will remove the reconsent pending record and the consent will be updated to display the most recent consent response that had been provided by the center.
