The User Profiles feature allows you to personalize and manage your account with ease. With this new functionality, you can update your username, email address, password, and profile image.
To access your profile, click on the profile icon located in the upper-right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select “My Profile”.
How do I change your username?
You can create or update your username for easier identification. To do so, click the 
icon next to “Username.” Here are a few things to remember when choosing a username:
- Keep your username between 5 and 16 characters.
- Use letters, numbers, underscore ( _ ), and periods (.).
- Avoid spaces or any other special characters.
- Don’t start or end with a underscore ( _ ) or period (.).
- Avoid consecutive periods (.) or underscore ( _ ).
Click Save to apply the changes.
How do I change my login email?
You can update the email address associated with your Factile account. To do so, click the icon next to “Email.”
Enter the new email address and click Save to confirm.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, start by entering your current password followed by your new one. You will also need to re-enter your new password for confirmation.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
How do I add or update my profile image?
You can personalize your account by adding or updating your profile image. This image will be visible during interactions and collaborations on the platform. To add or update your profile image, click Change Photo on the Profile page.
Choose the desired photo from your device. You can adjust the crop box by dragging its corners or edges to select the area you want to keep.
Once you’re satisfied with the selection, click Crop and Insert to apply the changes and set your profile photo.
