The Accounts page lets you manage your subscription plans, username and password, and authentication settings.
Here are several things you can do under the Account page:
- View your username email name
- Change your password and/or login email
- Manage your Pro subscription and credit card (read more here)
- Cancel your Pro subscription (read more here)
- Download a copy of your Pro subscription receipt (current and past) (read more here)
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Manage Content Authors (read more here)
- Export your Games as a .CSV file
- Delete your account and games
How do I Change my Password?
You can change your password on the Account page. Hover down to the Change Password section of the page.
To change your password, you need to enter your current password and then enter a new one. Click Save to confirm the changes.
Can I Change my Login Email?
You can change the email address used to log in to Factile. You can access the “Change My Email” settings from the “Accounts” page.
Enter the new email address and click Save to confirm.
How do I Enable Two-Factor Authentication?
Increase your account security by enabling two-factor Authentication. You’ll need to verify your email before this can be enabled.
How do I Export my Games?
Export all of your games or select which game you want to export. The content of your games will be exported into a comma-separated values (CSV) file that you can download to your computer.
How do I Delete my Account?
If you wish to delete your account entirely, scroll to the very bottom of the Account page and select the “Delete Account” button. This action cannot be undone! You will be asked to enter your password to confirm that you want to delete your account. Enter your password and press “Next” to proceed with deleting your account.
