You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time online at www.playfactile.com. If you don’t remember your username or have lost access to the email address you used, please follow these instructions.

If you decide to cancel your Pro subscription, your account will not auto-renew and will convert to a free account at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Example if you are on a monthly Pro plan: if you are on the monthly plan and had signed up for your Pro plan on March 5th and you cancel before April 5th, your Pro plan will remain active until April 5th, it will not auto-renew and it will then convert to a free account.
  • Example if you are on an annual Pro plan: If you are on the annual plan and had signed up for your Pro plan on March 5th and you cancel before March 5th of the following year, your Pro plan will remain active until March 5th of the following year, it will not auto-renew and it will then convert to a free account.

How to Cancel your Pro Subscription

1. Log into your account on www.playfactile.com. Navigate to your account page by clicking on the “Account” button in the top navigation bar.

2. Once on the Account page, in the “Pro Subscription Management” section, select “Cancel Subscription.”

3. You will be prompted to provide reasons for canceling your subscription. Please let us know so we can continue to improve Factile. To proceed with the cancellation, click “Cancel Subscription”.

Your account will convert to a Free account at the end of your current billing cycle. When that happens, all of your games will continue to be available in the Free account and will still include images, videos, equations etc but without the Pro features. Your games will not be deleted; however, if your account has more than 3 games, you will not be able to add any more games unless you first delete enough games to get below the 3 game Free account limit.

If you upgrade to Pro again, you will regain access to all the fun Pro features, and there will be no limit on the number of games you can have in your account.

If You Can’t Access your email or Don’t Know your Factile Username

If you can’t access the email address you used to sign up for Factile, just email us at team@playfactile.com with your name and the email address that you used to sign up and we will cancel the plan for you. Alternatively we can change the email on your account to your current email if you’d prefer.

If you don’t remember your username or don’t know your username, just email team@playfactile.com with your name and the last 4 digits of the credit card being used (only the last 4 digits) and we will look up your account and cancel it for you.

We respond to cancelation requests within 24 hours.
