Canceling if you don’t know your username or email changed

If you don’t remember your username or can’t access the email address you used to sign up for Factile, just email us at team@playfactile.com with your name and the email address that you used to sign up and we will cancel the plan for you. Alternatively we can change the email on your account to your current email if you’d prefer.

If you don’t know your username, just email team@playfactile.com with your name and the last 4 digits of the credit card being used (only the last 4 digits) and we will look up your account and cancel it for you.

We respond to cancelation requests within 24 hours.
