This option enables our AI to analyze your processes and suggest relevant improvements that can be implemented instantly.
How it works
- In the ‘Tools’ menu, click on the ‘Suggest Improvements’ button.
- The AI will review the entire process and identify areas of improvement.
- At this step, users have the ability to modify the proposed changes.
- Upon clicking the ‘Execute’ button, the changes are seamlessly implemented in the process.

Process Editor
This feature empowers users to input their desired changes, and the AI will implement these changes automatically. Whether it’s adding a responsible role or removing a lane, our AI simplifies process management for greater ease of use.
How it works
- In the ‘Tools’ menu, click on the ‘Write Improvements’ button.
- A text box will appear, allowing you to input a custom request.
- After clicking the ‘Execute’ button, the changes will be integrated into the process.

How Do I Get Started?
To get started, create and copy a ChatGPT API key from your OpenAI account. Once you have the key, go to EPC’s Advanced settings:
- AI_FEATURES_IN_UI: For the features to be displayed in your system, input at least ‘improve’ in this field.
- CHATGPT_KEY: Paste the copied key into this field.
- CHATGPT_MODEL: While the default model available in EPC is 3.5, you can modify it to gpt-4 or any other available ChatGPT model in this field.
- CHATGPT_NMBR_TOKEN: Specify the desired limit for the number of tokens (words) that the AI will generate when a user makes a request by entering a value in this field.
- We recommend a minimum of 2000 tokens for optimal results.
