4.4.4.2.8 Versioning

The Versioning section provides users with additional key information about objects. It is divided into two accordions:

1. Current Version
   • Displays the version being viewed and the date of the latest modification.
   • Displays the latest published version completed approval and endorsement cycles information.

2. Version History
   • Shows information on previous versions and their statuses.
   • Includes clickable links to previous versions within the ‘Version Number’ column, allowing users to browse and revert as needed.
     

     **Non-clickable versions indicate a status change without any content modifications. The complete version history is maintained to ensure no data is lost, documenting every action (edit, approve, publish, etc.) performed on the object. This ensures easy access to all information without complex procedures.

   • Lists the status, author and date of creation for each version.
   • Displays the approval and endorsement cycle history and publication comments for the applicable versions.
