The Collaboration Module offers a listed format of all items with which a user is engaged. Engagement can include ongoing discussions, questions, or reporting activities on an item. Additionally, it encompasses items linked to the user (using the RASCI-VS matrix) that are currently undergoing improvements.
The Collaboration Module presents information in a List View format, containing various key details inputted by users during collaboration activities. These key features can be customized as columns, allowing users to add or remove them from the list view depending on the information they want to appear in their list.
The following columns are available:

Type | Displays the type of collaboration activity being undertaken (Discussion, Question, Incident, Improvement Requests) |
Initiator | Textual search for any existing name of the initiator of the object |
Seq # | Allows users to sort processes chronologically by associated sequence number |
Parent | Whether or not there is a Parent included with the item in question |
System ID | The system-id of the object in question |
Subject | The subject of the collaboration topic, created by the initiator of the collaboration |
Creation Date | The creation dates of collaboration topics |
Replies | A numerical representation of the amount of replies regarding a specific collaboration topic |
Category | Whether or not there are Categories directly associated with the item in question |
Due Date | The due date of the object in question |
Status | The current status of the collaboration topic (Open, Work in Progress, Closed, Rejected) |
Priority | The priority level that has been attributed to the topic (Minor, Normal, Major, Critical) |
Object Name | The specific name of the object subject to the collaboration topic |
Object Type | The type of the object subject to the collaboration topic |
Last Modified By | An identifier, showing the latest user to participate in the collaboration topic |
Modified Date | The date that this item was most recently edited |
