Environment administrators have access to a comprehensive list of all archived objects within the EPC. This list includes all objects deleted within the application, allowing administrators to view and locate any deleted item, restore mistakenly deleted objects, and view important object-specific information.

From this tab, environment admins can:

Sorting & Filtering

Users can sort and filter through sections by clicking on the section header, or by selecting the filter field below the section header name.

  1. Sorting – Clicking on the header will sort the list alphanumerically by the selected item.

  1. Filtering – Click on the section below the header, type search, or select an item from the dropdown.

Archived Object Information

Each archived object includes the following details within the list:

  • Name: Name of the deleted object
  • Type: Type of object deleted
  • Parent: Name of the parent of the deleted object
  • Parent Status: Indicates whether the parent of the deleted object is Deleted or Exists
  • Created On: Date the object was created in the system
  • Created By: User who created the object in the system
  • Deleted On: Date the object was deleted
  • Deleted By: User who deleted the object
  • Purge Date: Date when the object is scheduled for purge
