12.1.3.12.7 Show Changes

Users can utilize the “Show Changes” feature to compare the Details view of the current draft version of an object with the latest published version. This feature highlights the differences between versions, making it easier to review updates:

• Green highlights indicate information that has been added or changed in the current draft version.
• Red highlights show information that has been removed or altered from the latest published version.

How to Use Show Changes

1. Navigate to the Details view of any object. Under the Tools menu, click on Show Changes.

*The Show Changes feature is only accessible for Draft versions of objects.

2. Review the comparison between the current draft version and the latest published version.

3. To exit the comparison view, return to the Tools menu and click on Hide Changes.
