A Process refers to an organized group of related activities, tasks, and procedures that collectively produce value for the customer and, upon completion, achieve an organizational goal.
In the context of EPC, Processes can exist under a set or as sub-processes under another process. Processes are organized in a hierarchical structure to facilitate navigation and organization.
