12.2.7 Process Security

Users who are System Admins, Environment Admins, or have Delete permission can set the security on Processes.

To provide more efficient and flexible management of process flow objects, users with Write permissions can remove flow objects from process maps (excluding sub-process).

However, some exceptions apply to sub-process flow objects due to their complexity:

• To remove a sub-process from a map, users need Write permission on the process AND Delete permission on the sub-process.
• To delete a sub-process, users need Delete permission on the sub-process AND Write permission on the first-level process.
