Users are encouraged to monitor all items they are associated with that are undergoing collaboration engagements. Monitoring allows users to contribute their opinions and expertise while keeping track of ongoing changes.

Users can utilize the Collaboration Module as a centralized location for all collaboration engagements they participate in. The Collaboration Module offers a list providing a quick view of all ongoing collaboration engagements.
