To export timesheet data from Telephone Timesheets to QuickBooks Online, click on the Export Time Entry Data button.

Telephone Timesheets sends each time entry as a “QuickBooks Online Time Activity” entry. There is a one-to-one relationship between a Telephone Timesheets time entry and a QuickBooks Online Time Activity entry. Once time entries have been exported, they can no longer be edited within the Telephone Timesheets admin portal.
So, be sure to look through all of the time entries first, and make any edits before you export them to QuickBooks Online.
After the export is complete, you will have to make any edits to employee timesheet entries, directly within QuickBooks Online.

Note: Time entries for vendor-supplied employees (employees who are not synchronized with QuickBooks Online) can be exported to QuickBooks Online for use with customer invoices, just like you can do with direct employee time. Each time entry for a vendor-supplied employee will upload to QuickBooks Online including information about the vendor, and can then be imported into customer Invoices just like you can do with direct employees time entries. This only works if the job that a vendor-supplied employee has been associated with a QuickBooks Online Vendor as shown below.
