Jobs are used to give a name to the work that your employees do. Most often, the job name corresponds to a location. For example, you might have a job named “Franklin Building” and another job named “Anderson Dental Office”.

There are two things to consider when naming your jobs.

1. No two jobs can have the exact same name. If you do two jobs at the same location, you should name them differently. e.g. Franklin Building – Floors and Franklin Building – Windows.

2. The name that you give will be listed on screen for employees who use the web app and will be read out loud for employees who call in. Keep it short and understandable.
