This feature allows employees to send text messages into Telephone Timesheets. Employees can send texts to the same toll-free number they call to clock in/out.

Here’s how it works:
Employee self-enrollment process
When an employee calls in for the first time, and they have not already been entered into the system by an administrator, they will receive a text message asking for their first and last name. If they respond, the system will automatically update their name.

Employee schedule inquiry Employees can text the letter ‘s’ to Telephone Timesheets at any time to receive a listing of their current 7-day recurring weekly schedule. In the United States and Canada, employees send a text message to the same toll-free number that they normally call.

Employee break start/end
Employees can text the letter ‘b’ to Telephone Timesheets at any time to start or end a break.

Employee hours worked inquiry
Employees can text the letter ‘t’ to Telephone Timesheets any time to receive a report of the hours they have worked. Our system uses your payroll reports to determine the pay period- if you do not have any recent payroll reports, we’ll send them the hours worked in the last 30 days. To view hours for the previous pay period, employees can text ‘tp’ . In the United States and Canada, employees send a text message to the same toll-free number that they normally call.
