The Time Entries section of the portal is the place you are likely to visit most often. It contains an up-to-the-minute view of every timesheet entry your employees have ever created. You can easily see who is currently checked in throughout the day, using any device.

In the GPS In/Out Column, you can view your employees GPS info.

If an employee shares GPS, the clock icon will be green

If an employee shares GPS, but waited past your GPS response time threshold, the clock icon will be red

If an employee doesn’t share GPS, the clock icon will be grey

You can also sort using the Search field. You can type things like “jones 2019-10” to see all of the Time Entries for Fred Jones during the month of October, 2019.
