Sometimes, you may want to dig into the details of a time entry to determine why an employee clocked in the way they did. You may want answers to questions like:
- Did they call from the wrong number?
- Did they enter the wrong job code?
- Did they block their GPS?
- Did someone alter their time entry?
The Details In/Out column shows how the employee clocked in/out:
— Employee has no proximity issue and shared their location
— Blocked GPS sharing
— Employee has proximity issue to job sight far away
— Employee calls in from a known landline
— Employee calls in from a landline that is unknown
— Employee clocked in/out manually by an administrator
— This icon will be green if an employee submits check in/out notes, in no check in/out notes are submitted it will be grey.
— This icon will be green if an employee submits check in/out photos, in no check in/out photos are submitted it will be grey.
Clicking on any of these icons will provide more detailed information about check in/out. It displays many details about how the employee clocked in/out, along with other system information that can be useful in determining why a time entry looks the way it does.
