Click the green Edit button to enter or delete your credit card information.

This clicking on the green Edit button will open up a form where you can enter or delete your credit card information.

We don’t allow editing of credit card information once it is entered into Telephone Timesheets. This is because we do not store the information. If you need to edit or update a card, you must first delete the existing card, then create a new card with the updated card information.

*Note: Telephone Timesheets does not store your credit card information. We allow you to input credit card information for a secure, one-time transmission to PayPal. PayPal processes all of our subscription billing, and PayPal is the only holder of your credit card information.

During the free trial, you will have full access to the system for as many users as you would like. You can enter your credit card information at any time during the 30-day free trial, but you will NOT be billed for the 30-day free trial. To continue beyond the 30-day free trial, you must submit your credit card information using the form provided.

We will send you a few reminder emails during the free trial period, but we will not contact you again after the trial period. We don’t pester people who took the time to try the system and we remove all of your data automatically. We will never share your contact information with anyone.

Billing occurs at the end of your second month. For example, if you sign up on August 4th, your free trial will expire on September 4th. We always bill at the end of a billing cycle so we can tally up how many active users you had. So, your first monthly billing would occur on October 4th. A full 60 days after your initial sign-up.
