There are 3 options for blocking inbound calls:

1. Block inbound calls from employee mobile numbers. If we see an incoming call from an employee’s mobile phone, we will answer with “Calls from mobile devices are not allowed for this job, please call from a land line at the job site” and then the call will be disconnected.

2. Block inbound calls from any number that is not explicitly linked to a job. If we see an incoming call from numbers that are not linked to a job, we will answer with “You are calling from an unauthorized number, please call from an authorized job site number” and then the call will be disconnected.

3. Block inbound calls from specific phone numbers. If a number is blocked in this way, the system will ignore the call entirely. No message will be played. The call will just disconnect immediately.
