Some occupations may require an employee to submit their location one or more times during a shift. With Checkpoints, an employee can update their location without clocking in/out of a job.

To use Checkpoints, employees should first clock in in to the Employee Web Clock-in System

Once clocked in, employees can click on the “Menu” button.

This will bring up a list of actions, including the “Add Checkpoint” action.

Employees have the option to add a short text memo. If a photo is required, Select “Add a Photo”

This will pull up the camera on your employees phone so they can take a picture

Then select “submit checkpoint”. Location, text, and any added images are logged.

Checkpoints are visible to administrators and supervisors in Time Entries
