The Call Center allows you to route all outbound “operations center” calls through Telephone Timesheets. When this feature is enabled, you will be able to allow your field supervisors, back office admins, and operations/dispatch teams to use Telephone Timesheets for all outbound calls.

Here, you have the option to record all outbound calls and email those recordings to your chosen email address.

Optionally, this same feature can be used for inbound calls. Utilizing the call center for inbound calls is disabled. Contact support@telephonetimesheets to enable this feature. Here, you can record and email the inbound call, as well as any voicemails.
