We are in limited release of our integrated call center feature.
This is a feature that allows our customers to route all inbound and outbound “operations center” calls through Telephone Timesheets. When this feature is enabled, you will be able to allow your field supervisors, back office admins, and operations/dispatch teams to use Telephone Timesheets for all inbound and outbound calls.
