For employees that plan to consistently clock in using the Employee web app should add it to their mobile phone Home Screen for easy access.

Here are the steps employees should follow:

1. Go to https://timeclock.telephonetimesheets.com using the browser on your smart phone.

2. To add the web app to the home screen of a mobile phone, start by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the screen as shown here.

3. Scroll down and click on the “Add to home screen” button. Now you will be able to access the Employee web app from your home screen.

To add the web app to the home screen of an Android phone, follow these steps:

  1. Launch “Chrome” app.
  2. Open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen.
  3. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to homescreen.
  4. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
