Anytime an Administrator logs in, or makes changes the system creates an immutable log entry. You can view all log entries in the Admin —> Audit Log. You can also navigate directly to changes using the icon in the actions column for employees, jobs, notification profiles, and time entries. As shown below.
Click the Compare Changes icon in the Action Columns to view the change
In the Audit History window, you compare changes. In the below example, you can see that the Actual End was changed from 6 PM to 8 PM. This means that an administrator changed the hours worked after the Time Entry was recorded. Keeping track of changes in the Audit Log helps ensure accurate data.
