QuickBooks Desktop software allows you to export a Timer Lists file that has rest of the information that Telephone Timesheets needs. This file contains employee names, customer data, and service item data. We use this information to match up our timesheet Time Entries with the employee, customer, and service item information you have in QuickBooks. To create this file, go to File —> Utilities —> Export —> Timer Lists, as shown in the screen shot below.

Once you have generated this file, you can upload it to Telephone Timesheets by following the instructions in the Uploading Your Timer Lists File section of the user manual.
