You can create a new supervisor by either using the icon in the upper right corner or use the in the lower left corner of the Supervisors section of the portal.

This will bring you to the Add User form where you can enter the Supervisor Name, Mobile Number, Supervisor Type, and other details for the new supervisor.

Highlights of This Form:

First Name
First name of the employee. It is OK to have more than one employee with the same first name.

Last Name
Last name of the employee. It is OK to have more than one employee with the same last name.

Display Name
When entering your employee’s first and last name, their display name will auto-fill. However, you can enter a custom display name in this field. This is especially useful if you have 2 employees with the same first and last name. For example, if you have two employees named James Smith, but one of them goes by Jim and the other goes by Jimmy, you could customize their display names to be Jim Smith and Jimmy Smith.

Mobile Number
This is where you add a supervisors mobile phone number. Please carefully check the mobile number you enter. That number will receive a text message with a link to the admin portal. It will also contain their temporary password.

Email Address
This is where you can add a supervisors email. This is optional.

Supervisor Type
By selecting a supervisor type, you are determining what that supervisor is able to do within the Admin Portal. This is how you can limit a supervisors access to certain aspects of the system.
A primary supervisor is not restricted.
A secondary supervisor can have access permissions configured.
A manager is a secondary supervisor who can manage other supervisors.
Please contact support for assistance if you need to help managing access for your supervisors.

You can also choose to restrict a supervisor to a read-only role, or a non-admin role by using the select role pull-down menu. Non-admin supervisors are not allowed access to the portal, but can be assigned to records for the purposes of reporting.

You can also add supervisors to a group. Select the group tab at the top of the Supervisors page.

From there, click on the icon in the upper right corner of the portal. This will bring up the supervisor group edit form as show here.
